Born in Europe, Marcel has grown up
and called Victoria home since he was 3 years old. With
experience in the service industry, small
business management, and knowledge in accounting, a
career in Real Estate seems like a natural progression.
Marcel has been a licensed Realtor, in good standing,
since 1989 and has worked through the upswings and downturns
of the Real Estate Market in the 1990's. With a business
based on service, his clients depend on receiving the
information that they need to know, not just what they
would like to hear.
Real Estate is a challenging and competitive
business where success depends upon keeping up with
changes in technology, marketing, mortgaging, and legalities.
Notwithstanding the need to be educated in these and
other areas, Real Estate is still a people business,
where buyers and sellers need to find a professional
that they can trust and depend on. Marcel's client base
is filled with people who still rely on his experience
and knowledge to answer questions and provide information.
Together with his partner in life,
Marjan, he balances his professional and personal life,
always keeping in mind the 'Golden Rule'.
